The ADC 774 Prosphyg™ SPU Disposable Sphygmomanometer is a complete, single-patient–use blood pressure solution designed to support infection control while maintaining clinical accuracy. Each unit includes a cuff, inflation bulb, valve, and gauge, making it ready for immediate use in hospitals, isolation rooms, emergency departments, and long-term care facilities.

Economical enough for single-patient application yet durable enough for repeated use throughout a patient’s stay, the 774 Prosphyg™ SPU is 100% leak tested to ensure dependable performance. The two-tube design incorporates ADC’s 809SPU gauge paired with the 875PLF bulb and valve, delivering smooth inflation and precise deflation control.

The cuffs feature industry-leading precision markings to help minimize mis-cuffing errors and improve reading accuracy. Designed with rounded corners and soft, woven materials, the cuffs enhance patient comfort while standing up to daily clinical use. Three clinical cuff sizes are included: small adult, adult, and large adult, offering flexibility across patient populations.
