Construction
The Synthesis® Casework collection is designed for demanding healthcare environments. Cabinet components use durable materials and construction methods intended for long-term clinical use.
Drawer bodies are constructed from one-piece molded polystyrene with rounded corners. File drawers incorporate an 18-gauge cold-rolled steel frame and suspended file system.
The cabinet core uses 3/4-inch, 45 lb. LEED IEQ-compliant MDF board, with composite wood materials meeting CARB P2 emission standards.
Standard drawer slides include 100-lb. capacity ball-bearing slides, while file drawers use heavy-duty 200-lb. capacity slides.
