Bariatric Drop Latch Armboard

The Bariatric Drop-Latch Armboard is engineered for strength, stability, and ease of use in demanding surgical environments. Developed from the concept of the tried-and-proven drop-latch armboard, this bariatric version offers enhanced durability while maintaining the simple, reliable functionality clinicians trust.

The armboard drops directly onto the operating table side rail and locks securely in place using a weighted trigger lock. Removal is quick and intuitive—simply hold the trigger lock up and lift the outer end of the board to release it from the rail. A finger latch trigger located on the outer end allows for 180-degree rotation, providing flexible positioning options to support a wide range of surgical procedures.

Constructed with a durable steel casting, the Bariatric Drop-Latch Armboard is built for long-term use in high-demand OR settings. The board surface is made from 3/8″ thick black phenolic, offering exceptional rigidity and durability similar to operating table surfaces.

Measuring 10″ wide by 26″ long, this armboard provides added support and stability for bariatric patients. It fits all American-made operating room tables with standard side rails.
